After seeing her fluctuating weight often become public topic of discussion, Jessica says that people can only look truly beautiful when they are happy and in love.
She tells Us Weekly: “For me, [my rule is] just eat whatever makes you feel good. Work out whenever you want to. Just take care of yourself. I think when we’re in love, when we have love in our life, that’s when we look beautiful.”
