Here's a recent photo of gwyneth paltro with straight light blond hair in a long one length bob. Of course, she's also in a plunging neckline blue or black jumpsuit, but it's the hair we're looking at.

Blond hair this color does take a lot of upkeep, roots, highlights, etc, but it's good on her skin color and is what we know her for.

Parted on the side, this is the summer long bob that can be pulled back in a ponytail.
